We’re excited to share an important leadership milestone at Minute Man Arc. After a highly successful and impactful tenure, Jean Goldsberry will be stepping down as CEO. Jean’s leadership has helped shape and strengthen our organization in meaningful ways, expanding our reach, deepening our impact, and ensuring that individuals with disabilities and their families remain at the heart of all we do. “Kimberlee has the experience and personality to step right in and be a great new leader for Minute Man Arc. As I step away, I am excited to see her take over and help Minute Man Arc grow and thrive.”
As we look ahead, our Board of Directors and the Minute Man Arc team are proud to welcome Kimberlee Schumacher as our new CEO, beginning April 27th. Kimberlee brings more than 20 years of experience leading and advising mission-driven organizations, both as CEO and Interim CEO/Executive Director. Following an extensive and thoughtful search process that began in June 2025 and drew interest from more than 80 candidates, the Board of Directors of Minute Man
Arc is pleased to announce the selection of Kimberlee as the organization’s next Chief Executive Officer.

people and families we serve, and we are truly excited to welcome Kimberlee. She brings both the experience and the heart to lead Minute Man Arc into its next chapter.”

Kimberlee’s past roles include CEO of Jewish Big Brothers Big Sisters, Interim President and CEO of Epilepsy Foundation New England, Interim Executive Director of Boston Society for Architecture, and Vice President, Strategy and Impact Department at Combined Jewish Philanthropies, Across every role, she has brought a collaborative, people-centered
approach, helping teams align around a shared vision, grow sustainably, and deepen their impact.
Kimberlee holds an MBA from Northeastern University and is completing her PsyD from William James College.
Kimberlee shares that she is truly honored to join Minute Man Arc as Chief Executive Officer. She is deeply committed to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living full, self-directed lives and being recognized as valued members of their communities. Her passion for person-centered services is at the heart of her work, championing dignity, independence, inclusion, and meaningful opportunities for everyone.
